If you cannot travel to Cancún to join us, don’t worry! We will be having a stateside party in R.I. in January 2027. More details to come!

To be considered part of the wedding group, you will need to book through Bohemia Travel. While you can use flight points for airfare, we cannot honor any hotel points, nor is Moon Palace affiliated with most systems. Any bookings outside of this group will not be considered part of the group, and will not receive group benefits. You may be asked to pay the resort-required fees to attend group events with other wedding guests if you book outside the group. Any questions/issues, please reach out to Bohemia Travel via email. Yes! Flying to Mexico will require a valid passport. Please ensure your passport is updated and will not expire within 6 months of travel. It is recommended to take a look now, to ensure you won’t have any delays in the future! More information can be found at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

Flights are generally flexible to Mexico, and there are many, but this doesn’t mean that you should wait. It is a busy vacation destination, so use your discretion.

Hotel rooms should be booked no later than June 30th, 2026. The absolute last day to book is August 20th, 2026. If you choose to book later, you may be subject to variable rates by the resort, and their availability. If you need any help, reach out to hello@bohemiatravel.com

No!! The luxury of having Bohemia Travel handle all our reservations is that only $100 is required to reserve your room! You can choose to make payments overtime, or pay in full when you choose. Room payments are required to be paid in full no later than 30 days before the group start date of 11/5/26.

It is highly recommended to stay at Moon Palace, as this is the only way to join other guests outside of the actual wedding ceremony/reception.

If you choose to stay elsewhere, and want to come to Moon Palace, the resort will require you to pay a substantial day-fee and it is at their discretion. We don’t suggest this.

There is a minimum 3 night stay, and you are welcome to pick any timeframe between 11/2/26-11/12/26. Just keep in mind that the wedding is Sunday 11/8/26.

Please fly into the Cancún International Airport (CUN), as this will be the easiest, and is 10-15min from the resort.

Moon Palace welcomes kids of all ages, and families of all sizes! Children under 17 are free, and the resort offers many entertainment options, and daycare/nanny services.

If you plan to bring kids, just please give us a heads up!

That is correct! While we weren’t a huge fan of the resort’s wedding department, we found an incredible private villa that specializes in weddings just up the road!

We will be providing a shuttle to/from the wedding for all guests. Details to come when we get closer!

The wedding itself will be beach-formal. While we won’t be directly in the sand, we will be outside, and it can be hot/breezy.

If you’d like to be a part of Katie’s “something blue”, choose wedding attire in any shade of blue!

For sure!! We plan to have a cocktail party with everyone the evening before the wedding (11/7), and also hope to create in an excursion for anyone interested, if possible!
